FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything.
